After watching this anime, I still don't understand why the Navy say that pirates destroy towns and kill people. Every arc dealing with Navy, Marines, Admirals, or whatever; they destroy more stuff needlessly with innocent civilians in the midst. I mean Kizaru destroyed a whole grove to kill some measly pirates that couldn't fight, destroying a protected tree. I want to know why they never get in trouble for their destruction, it would be nice to see the repercussion of their actions.
